David is the founder of Insight Management Consulting. He is a leading organisational and coaching psychologist with over thirty years of professional experience. 

 

His clients are primarily professionals working in senior or executive roles in large organisations or professional service firms. While his work is usually characterised as executive coaching and leadership development, it also travels into areas such as career planning, self care, creating organisational and cultural change, facilitating strategy, stakeholder relationships and building confidence.

David has developed a wide repertoire of interventions over his years of practice and brings this experience to bear in tailoring each client’s program to their needs and preferences. In one client’s words “he meets you where you are, then takes you where you need to go”.

David is a registered organisational psychologist, a Fellow and Chair of the College of Organisational Psychologists, and past National Convener of the Coaching Psychology Interest Group of the Australian Psychological Society. He is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. David has a BSc (Psych) with Honours from the University of NSW and a MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

• Managing conflict and behavioural dysfunction in the senior team in a large professional organisation.
